The first-floor king suite is truly masterful with a sitting area and two walk-in closets. Attached is a private spa-inspired bathroom with a glass blocked custom walk-in shower, a pedestal tub, and dual vanities.

The second floor includes 4 additional bedrooms and offers entertainment for all your guests with a family room and wet bar. Three of the upstairs bedrooms feature a queen size bed and private bath in each. The fourth bedroom includes a bunk bed for additional guests. Outdoor entertaining is a breeze with a large, screened porch on the first floor, a second-story open porch running the length of the house, and a patio area to enjoy cool island breezes!

This luxurious Seabrook Island vacation home is located mid island away from the hustle and bustle but still a close bike ride to the island activities and attractions and a short drive (or bike ride) to North Beach. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Pool Access: Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. Amenity cards may be purchased to access two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available. Additional user fees may apply at the amenities on the island.

Beach Access: A short walk or bike ride to the beach.

Pet Policy: No pets are permitted at this residence.

Parking: Maximum number of vehicles is 4.
