The modern gourmet kitchen is fully-equipped with high-end stainless appliances and kitchen essentials, and features a cozy separate seating area with books, magazines, and wooded views. Whether you’re relaxing indoors, listening to the sounds of nature on the porch, or indulging in your own private oyster roast BBQ – it’s easy to live the Lowcountry lifestyle at 74 Governor’s Drive, Kiawah Island.

This luxury Vanderhorst vacation home accommodates up to 10 guests in 4 spacious and inviting bedrooms. The primary bedroom is on the main level of the home with a king bed, flat screen TV, private bathroom with double vanities, walk in shower, and a luxury oval jetted bathtub, and doors to the back porch. This bedroom connects to the family room, allowing guests to create a completely private suite.

The upper level of the home features a seating area on the landing with a large flat screen TV, and three additional bedrooms. The queen guest suite has a sunny seating area with a chaise lounge, a flat screen TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms are the perfect layout for the kids (or singles!) with bunk beds and twin beds, a large Jack and Jill bathroom, and the chill space and TV right outside! This Kiawah Exclusives vacation home has a laundry room for guest convenience and light packing.

74 Governor’s Drive is minutes from the Marsh Island Park, Blue Heron Pond and Cinder Creek Kayak Launch for nature activities, the Osprey Point Golf Course for world-class golf, and a short bike ride to the beach.
