You can either make a booking directly on this website or you can call our office and a local reservationist will be glad to help you. For Kiawah Exclusives please call 800-845-6966. For Seabrook Exclusives please call 888-718-7949.

Check in time is 4:00 PM EST. All our rentals offer contactless check in. You will receive entry instructions and an access code to the lockbox or keyless entry prior to arrival. Every effort will be made to have the unit ready at that time, but it is not guaranteed.

Check out time is 10:00 AM EST. 

All our rentals offer contactless check in so you may enter your property any time after 4:00 PM EST. Additionally, our normal office hours are 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM Monday - Saturday (hours may vary by season). Should you encounter a problem after hours, please call our office and you will be directed to our on-call staff. For Kiawah Exclusives please call 800-845-6966. For Seabrook Exclusives please call 888-718-7949.

Beach chairs are provided, however, beach towels are not.

Two beach chairs are provided in all Seabrook Island rentals.
Four beach chairs are provided in all Kiawah Island private home rentals.
Two beach chairs are provided in all other Kiawah Island rentals.

Kiawah and Seabrook are sea islands on the Atlantic coast of the United States located 25 miles southwest of Charleston, South Carolina. View our Island Highlights for more information! 

Seabrook Island is a private island and guests need an amenity card to be able to access to the club facilities on the island. The Seabrook Island Amenity Card gives you access to the golf courses, tennis center, restaurants, The Beach Club and the Lake House. Usage fees vary based on facility. View more information here. 

As far as resort privileges, guests on Kiawah Island can play golf at any of the 5 public golf courses, use the tennis facilities, the Spa at The Sanctuary, all of the restaurants, the Kamp Kiawah activities, and all other activities. The only things you do not have access to are the Resort Pools, their gym, and their shuttle. You are not able to purchase a pass for these items either. If you have children that enroll in Kamp Kiawah, they will have access to the Night Heron Pool during Kamp only.

Yes, both Kiawah and Seabrook Island are gated, private communities. Prior to arrival, you will receive an email with your vehicle passes attached. Please print and distribute your vehicle passes prior to arrival. Please always display this pass in your windshield while on the island. Vehicles not displaying passes are subject to being towed at owner's expense.

1/3 of the total is due at the time of booking. 30 days prior to your arrival, the final amount will be due.
