The downstairs king and twin bedrooms share a bath, and both access the front terrace, which is hidden from the road for privacy and is drenched with sun all day long.

Pool Access: The private pool may be heated in Spring and Fall for an additional charge with 1 week advance notice. The spa heating is included in the base rent. Please note this property has NO resort pool access.

Beach Access: Beach access via Boardwalk 31 across the street.
