1360 Pelican Watch Villas

The villa clean and the area was quiet. We had very nice and helpful neighbors too. Sadly my daughter was stung by a stingray and had to have stitches Wednesday evening. There were 2 very helpful neighbors. I would really like to thank the young man who carried our chairs to the villa and the lady who told where to go to get treatment for my daughter.

We loved our stay at 1360 Pelican Watch and on Seabrook Island! We highly recommend renting bikes and putting car keys in a drawer! We met so many kind people, saw beautiful sunsets from our balcony, and loved how dog friendly everyone was! Hope to return!!

We had a wonderful week at Pelican Watch!! The view from our unit was spectacular. Morning coffee looking at the ocean and dinner watching the sunset, all from the privacy of our deck. Check in and out was made efficient by Seabrook Exclusives.

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was very comfortable, and the kitchen was quite equipped. It felt like a cared-for home. One thing to note is that the beach in front of the Pelican Watch properties is more bay or river-like in terms of waves and view than the beach in front of the beach club, or the north beach on the island.

Beautiful and clean seaside gem away from all the hustle and bustle of the surrounding Charleston areas. We enjoyed use of the amenities at the Island Clubhouse as well. There are quite a bit of stairs for those considering this property and I would just make sure that this is noted before booking.

Seabrook Island is a truly special place, and this unit in Pelican Watch allowed us to enjoy everything we love about the island: the beautiful beach where we saw dolphins almost every day, dozens of birds, and got our exercise walking along the water several times a day. We also love how easy it is to get around the island by bicycle. Fresh Fields is close, which is convenient.
1360 is well-appointed, with comfy chairs and a very nice bed.
Seabrook Exclusives is wonderful to work with! We extended our stay by a week (from 4 weeks to 5 weeks) and Betsy made the transition seamless for us!

WE HAD A GREAT AND QUIET TIME FOR THE 4 NIGHTS AND 5 DAYS WE WERE THER.
THE UNIT GAVE US GREAT VIEWS OF THE SUNSET AND QUICK WALKS TO AND ON THE PRIVATE BEACH AREA.
THE DOLPHINS PUT ON A GREAT SHOW JUST ABOUT EVERY EVENING. THE UNIT WAS CLEAN AND VERY COMFORTABLE!
WE WOULD RECCOMEND TO ALL WHO NEEDS TO GET AWAY FROM THIS COVID YEAR.

A great getaway. We loved our stay at this well located upstairs condo in Pelican Watch, Seabrook Island. Well furnished, well appointed, comfortable furniture and King sized bed - and a wonderful deck with panoramic views of water, dolphins, pelicans, and breathtaking sunsets. We hope to stay here again some time soon.

Wonderful. The place was very clean and we loved the location. It would have been nice to have a couple beach chairs that worked but over all it was a great experience. The owner was very accommodating about our boat and our dog. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable family vacation.

1360 Pelican was one of nicest properties we ever rented on Seabrook. I hesitate to tell how nice it is or it will not be available when we want to rent it again. Bright, clean and comfortable. Kitchen could use a few more tools.

Treat yourself to the sound of the ocean and morning coffee with the wildlife, as you watch the shrimp boat come in. See sunsets that will take your breath away from a lovely condo that screams............never return!

The location was great! The top floor deck was a ring side seat to watching beautiful sunsets and deer grazing across the sand dunes. The condo was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. I would choose this same unit again and again.

A great location on Seabrook close to the beach club, and a short walk on the boardwalk to the beach. The condo was well equipped, tastefully decorated with lots of natural light and great views of the ocean and river. A bonus was watching the sunset from the deck every evening.

We thoroughly enjoyed the beach and water view from the balcony and main living area that allowed for wildlife watching as well. There is a short walkway out to the beach from the back entrance and we made good use of it!
This unit is a corner condo so has good light and feels larger than it really is. We will ask for it again! Especially happy that it is a dog friendly rental.

This was an incredible place to spend a week unwinding from Riley life stresses. If you want to interact with others, you can. We preferred our solitude, and we enjoyed it. It is a pet friendly place with nice beaches and lots of places to walk or bike to. Charleston is about a 45 minute drive due to the navigation of the limited access roads... But the drive is worth it. You have the best of everything within a reasonable distance.

This was our first time staying at Seabrook and wanted to stay in a condo overlooking the ocean. Our one week vacation turned out to be very lovely. The condo is nicely decorated and airy. Being able to walk right out to the beach was a great plus!

My wife and I have been retired for four years and have previously wintered in Florida, Southeast Asia, and Kauaii. For 2013, we chose Seabrook Island and we are pleased that we did. While not as warm as our other retreats, South Carolina's winter was very comfortable and far superior to January and February on Lake Erie. Our Pelican Watch Villa was clean, comfortable, well appointed, and perfect for a couple's extended stay. The Villa was well situated on the beach and the deck provided a perfect setting to enjoy the beautiful sunsets over Edisto Island. Seabrook's facilities were top notch, particularly the Lake Center, which included a state-of-the-art fitness center and indoor lap pool. The island itself is ideal for beach and nature walks, birding, golf, tennis, equestrian, and many other activities. Perhaps Seabrook's greatest advantage is its proximity to Charleston with its seemingly inexhaustible variety of cultural, historical, and entertainment activities and literally hundreds of excellent restaurants. We may just have to cease our annual wandering and return to Seabrook again next year. We were very pleased with the services of Seabrook Exclusives, particularly, their prompt and efficient handling of some minor glitches, such as inoperative wi-fi service. We highly recommend them

We arrived at Seabrook just hoping for a little rest after an extremely difficult year. Shortly after we arrived, the weather cleared and we were able to establish a pattern of exercise, reading, and eating great food.

The unit was perfect for us and our two dogs. We hope to return in October.

We love Seabrook and this 1 br Pelican Watch rental was the perfect place to stay. Kudos to the owners who equipped the place with everything you could want from toiler paper to paper towels to dish/bath soap. I am usually frustrated buying items that are little used for the week's stay. Kitchen was well equipped. Decor was great. Linens nice and clean. I would highly recommend this place and would also return. PS Pet friendly for us is a plus even tho we didn't bring our dog. You wouldn't know the place was "pet" friendly.

The condominiums at Pelican Watch are perfect for a weekend getaway or a week-long vacation. We use them for both. If you like outdoor activities, it is just heaven. The beach is right outside the door. The pool is a short drive and best of all, in the
evening, the view of the sunsets from the balcony is just sublime.

This was due to the amazing, AMAZING customer service that was brought to us by Kat at Seabrook Exclusives who truly came to our rescue when we were put in a bind by some other not-so-friendly owners of the condo we were staying in (not affiliated with Seabrook Exclusives). She helped us out on a Friday evening after-hours and was SO incredibly helpful, nice, and fun!! We know now where exactly to book our stay in Seabrook and won't look elsewhere! The condo was beyond perfect and a great place to spend my birthday! Thank you so much Seabrook Exclusives!!!!
