The first floor features a living area with comfortable seating, a full gourmet kitchen, a dining room with seating for 6, and one bedroom with a queen size bed and attached full bathroom.

Two additional bedrooms are located on the second level along with two bathrooms, a laundry room, a lofted living area, and a balcony overlooking the lagoon and golf course. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, floor-to-ceiling windows, a private bathroom with glass shower, an office study, and a private balcony. The third bedroom offers two twin size beds and a detached full bathroom. Just above the two second level bedrooms is a lofted living area with a flatscreen TV and comfortable furnishings for the whole family.

A large, screened porch can be accessed via the dining room. It offers a designated outdoor dining area and comfortable seating with golf and lagoon views. The wrap-around porch can be accessed from the front entrance, the living area hallway, as well as a separate dining room entrance, featuring a BBQ grill and additional outdoor seating.
The Atlantic Beach neighborhood offers access to a community pool April- October and is about a 5 minute walk to the beach.
