The main living area welcomes you with relaxed seating and a bright, open feel, while a bonus secondary living space gives everyone room to spread out, unwind, or enjoy a movie night. The fully equipped kitchen makes dining in simple and enjoyable, and the spacious dining table is perfect for gathering over meals, games, and conversation.

Upstairs, the primary suite offers a peaceful retreat with a king bed and access to a private balcony where ocean breezes and island views create a quiet escape. Also on the upper level, a guest bedroom with a queen bed provides a cozy and quiet space. On the main level, a second guest bedroom features two double beds, making it a great option for families or groups traveling together. With two full bathrooms, one on each level, the layout is as functional as it is comfortable.

Beyond the villa, you are perfectly positioned to enjoy everything Seabrook Island has to offer. Spend your days at the nearby beach or pool, tee off at the golf course, or stroll over to the Pelican’s Nest for a sunset dinner. With a short walk to Boardwalks 7, 8, and 9, you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches. Plenty of space underneath to store your bikes and gear, as well as an outdoor shower. You are also allowed to park a rented LSV/golf cart at the house for fun and easy trips to Bohicket Marine or Freshfields Village shopping!

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity access required to utilize the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Beach Access: Across the street from Boardwalk 8 and easy, short walks to Boardwalks 9 and 7.

Pet Policy: No pets are permitted at this property.

Parking: Maximum number of vehicles is 2. LSV allowed as one of the vehicles. Convenient charging location.
