The primary bedroom offers a restful escape with a queen bed, a Smart TV, direct access to the sunroom, and a private ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower. The guest bedroom also features a queen bed, Smart TV, and a comfortable chair for quiet moments. A nearby hall bathroom with a walk-in shower and an in-unit washer and dryer adds extra convenience for longer stays.

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity access required to utilize the Lake House, and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Beach Access: Beach access is 3/4 of a mile away via Boardwalk #9

Pet Policy: ONE (1) small dog with a maximum weight of 35 lbs. is permitted. An additional pet fee of 250.00 applies per week.
