Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity access required to utilize the Lake House, and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Beach Access: Oceanfront on Seabrook Island. Private beach access at Boardwalk #7 by the club terrace.

Pet Policy: ONE (1) small to medium-sized dog with a maximum weight of 35 lbs. is permitted. An additional pet fee of 250.00 applies per week.
