Enter to the open living area with flat screen TV and access to the deck and pool area. The gourmet kitchen is well appointed and offers plenty of counter space for entertaining and preparing large family meals. It opens to the living area and sunroom with counter seating, Keurig coffee maker and wet bar/wine cooler. This floor has a bedroom with 2 twin beds.

Down the hall to the left of the entry you will find 2 bedrooms with king beds. The first bedroom shares a full bath with the hall and offers access to the deck/pool area. The primary bedroom is just beyond with a king bed, flat screen TV and primary bath with his and her sinks, Jacuzzi tub and stand-up shower.

The 2nd floor is split into two levels and offers a half bath, bunk bedroom with wet bar has 2 bunk beds, a sectional couch and a large flat screen TV. A twin bedroom is also located on this level with a private bath and stand-up shower. Take another half flight of stairs and you will find 3 more bedrooms, all with private baths. Two bedrooms offer 2 queen beds per room with private baths and tub/shower combos. The other bedroom offers a king bed with tub/shower combo.

Pool Access: The private saltwater pool can NOT be heated. The pool is hexagonal shaped: 9'8" x 9'7" x 6' x 10'7" x 8'8" x 7'3" depth from 3' to 5' Please note this property has NO resort pool access.

Beach Access: Beach access via Boardwalk 31 and 32.
