Wherever you stay on the island, you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests, and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways, and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Pool Access: Community Pool for Marsh Walk Villas. Two oceanfront community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity Access is required to utilize the Lake House, and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Beach Access: Beach access is located 3 miles away at Boardwalk #9.

Pet Policy: ONE (1) small dog with a maximum weight of 50 lbs. is permitted. An additional pet fee of 250.00 applies per week.
