1377 Pelican Watch Villas

I spent several days in this lovely unit on the Edisto River/ocean location. The water views calmed my spirit and brought back warm memories of our small family choosing this location for many years. This unit was pristine, beautifully decorated and uncluttered. My face to face visit with sweet Lyndsie at SE was a delight. Thank you for your patience and listening ears.

We loved the Seabrook Island experience - it was renewing, peaceful, serene, and rejuvenating - just what we needed! Watching the dolphins play within view of shore and the multitudes of sea birds is a delight. It was difficult to head home again!

Good location with beautiful sunsets. The rental staff is courteous and efficient. We used the amenity card and enjoyed several meals at Seabrook restaurants. This was our second year at Pelican Watch and we continue to be pleased to find units that allow us to bring our dog.

We loved the location because we were visited by deer during our first hour there, made us feel right at home! that location is part of the ocean and river so we saw dolphins, pelicans, gulls. . . walked the beach daily. . . and had a lovely restful time. Yes we would recommend it to friends or family and the amenity card enabled us to swim in the outdoor pool, eat at Pelican Watch and the golf course. .. we loved that aspect of our holiday. Amenity cards are essential to have!

We experienced three seasons in four days last week. It was 80 degrees and sunny when we arrived. So, We raced outside to walk. Then the thunderstorms came. We were so glad to be in such a comfortable unit with such good views. We hunkered down, read good books, and watched basketball. Because we were right on the water, we could race out to walk in between the rains. Of course, the sun came out as we were leaving :) The staff at Seabrook Exclusives is exceptional. We have rented from them for decades and are so grateful for their attention and many kindnesses.

From start to finish this vacation was perfect! The staff was so friendly and helpful. I love their easy check-in / check-out procedures! This was the easiest vacation rental company we have ever worked with! The pet-friendly condo was lovely in decor and located such that our view was unobstructed by the dunes. We will return and next time we hope to bring others with us to share this lovely area.

We loved our beautiful villa!!! It was beautifully decorated, had everything that we could possibly need. A peaceful retreat for certain. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching deer grazing and playing each morning and watching the amazing sunset in the evening!!! Walking on the beach and watching dolphins play was so pleasant.

We enjoyed being at 1377 Pelican Watch.. Easy beach access & wonderful view of sunsets over Edisto Island directly across from us. We didn't miss one evening sunset during our week. Love the deck, open view of dunes, water, & sky. Condo was well decorated & comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay at 1377 Pelican Watch. The home was clean and comfortable, with lovely nautical furnishings. The view from the porch was great, and we were only a short walk from the beach. The property management company was professional and thorough. Highly recommended!

We were very happy with our accommodations at 1377 Pelican Watch. The condo is located right on the beach. The condo was clean and very tastefully was great that we were allowed to bring our dog who enjoyed the walks on the beach as much as we did.
