13107 Pelican Watch Villas

We had a wonderful vacation stay at this Pelican Watch unit. It had everything we needed, including extra towels. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans for making our meals. We love that we can bring our dog with us, and this unit is perfect and quiet at the end of the boardwalk. The beach here is so lovely and calm and a great place for the kids to play. This time we even saw baby turtles one morning when we were up early. Seeing the Turtle Patrol out doing their job and talking with them is always a highlight of our trip. We will be back!

This was our first time visiting S. Carolina and Seabrook did not disappoint! The condo was a great location and it was clean and stocked with everything we needed. It was within walking distance of the pool, golf, and restaurant on Seabrook, and the Freshfields lifestyle area was just a quick drive or bike ride away.

We have stayed at Seabrook several times over the years and this unit at Pelican Watch did not disappoint! Nicely decorated, clean, and steps to the beach. You really can't beat it! I also really appreciated the responsiveness of the Seabrook Exclusives team. I had a few questions ahead of our trip and they were always available and quickly answered my questions.

We loved at our stay at this clean, spacious condo. It is beachfront, just a 3 minute walk down the boardwalk to sand. The condo is an end unit, so very private. It is also a quick 10-minute walk to the beach club and restaurant. We loved having our dog with us.

We had so many good experiences on this trip. The unit faces the water but is adjacent to a camp; so, it's very woodsy. The view from the porch is beautiful. Wonderful if you like to eat outdoors. The staff was superb, as always. We were kept up-to-date on the gas crisis and small cans of gas were made available to those of us renting carts. Everyone was very covid conscious and we felt secure eating at the Pelican's Nest. We just couldn't have asked for more.

This is the second time we’ve chosen this particular unit for our Winter golf getaway. Being at the end of the complex allows for more privacy and an additional bank of windows. Everything is as stated in the online description.

The amenity card is a nice touch because it gives you access to the golf courses and the clubhouse. The weather has always been nice for golf on the island during December. Temps were in the 70’s and we played 3 rounds.
Walks thru the area, on the private beach, and bike riding are all very safe activities. Our goal was 4 miles/day and that was easy to achieve there.

Having a view right over Tybee Island provides great sunsets, and the sounds of the waves hitting the beach along that stretch are fantastic (especially if you’re lucky enough to get one stormy day).
Make sure to bring a red light if you want to walk on the beach at night (turtle law).
It would be a nice touch to have one hanging beside the back door.

The condo was very clean and nicely appointed!
Very comfortable and we loved the view of the Edisto from our patio! Glad we could enjoy the beach with our pup and would definitely stay here again!

This rental is very nice and exactly as presented. The unit was very clean and well appointed. Nice comfortable furniture. We liked how big the bedroom was, how big the closets were, and how comfortable the king size bed was.
This unit is in an end condo building and next to the christian camp and was especially quiet in November. Beautiful views of the river and ocean with pretty sunsets as a west facing unit.Easy boardwalk access to the beach as described too. Seabrook Island is extremely nice, as are the staff, residents, and fellow renters. If you forget something anything you need is available in Freshfields Village. Our second trip to Seabrook this year and we will be back again for sure.

We had a wonderfully relaxing week at our favorite place!
We stay at 13107 Pelican Watch each visit, and it never disappoints.
The unit was very clean, and in a very quiet location, with an ocean view.
It is very peaceful and relaxing. Our dog loves everything about Seabrook, as do we! The management company is top notch as well. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

We have been coming to Seabrook for over 20 years. It is our favorite vacation spot. Some years we bring the kids and grandkids, some years just the two of us and the dog as was the case this year. We have stayed at many different units at Pelican Watch over the years. 13107 a favorite. It is the last unit so there isn't a lot of foot traffic, plus you have the side windows which makes it nice and bright.

The condo was very spacious and home-like. We loved the convenience of walking to the beach. Everyone was friendly on the island. There were was a very vocal dog staying next door but we didn't let that ruin our stay.

My family had a wonderful stay at Sea Brook Island. We found the place we stayed very comfortable. Loved the ocean view, nature preserves, and how friendly everyone was on the Island! We will definitely be back. Wonderful Time!

I have been visiting the Kiawah Island and Seabrook Island beaches for more than 20 years. If you desire quality customer service and beach rental properties that are clean, well-furnished and reasonably priced, you will not go wrong with Seabrook Exclusives. I will never rent from anyone else.

The weather was perfect, couldn't have asked for a better time. Even though it's off season but there are alot of people like us that know based on the amount of people there know it is a perfect time to get away. I was surprised at the amount of people with their pets at this time of year and a GREAT time being had by all. The property was very nice and worked out great.

Lower unit much easier for pets, all solid surface floors, great air conditioning, comfortable sheets, beach not crowded at all, adjoins church camp that has a good mile of beach front available.

We've had the pleasure of staying at the villas of Pelican Watch on 3 occasions and this time was equally as good. When we arrived the villa was ready for our 7 day vacation. The villa was clean, well stocked, the perfect temperature, and pleasantly furnished.
The islands amenities are second to none. The beach and water are just marvelous.
Betsy and Kat of SeaBrook Exclusives were very professional and excellent to work with.
My family would highly recommend vacationing at Seabrook Island,SC staying at Pelican Watch villas, and booking a vacation with SeaBrook Exclusives.

Kathleen with Seabrook Exclusives was very thorough and helpful with the arrangements for our reservation. Receiving key to villa in advance was very convenient for check-in. First floor corner villa was ideal for our golden retrievers and us. North beach area was convenient and enjoyable for allowing our dogs to play in the surf. We found Seabrook to be a great place for a family vacation.
