We had two of us but plenty of room for four. Place was neat and clean with $1,000,000 view. Had everything we needed to have a great time.

We had the best stay at this sweet ocean front condo! I am particular about cleanliness, especially in rental kitchens. I was delighted to find this condo sparkling clean! It is very well equipped for all your needs. As a family of four, we never ran out of essentials and found all we needed supplied there in the condo. The location is fantastic. Short little walk out to the beach (loved the back deck access door) and very close to the beach club (which we throughly enjoyed having access to)! We have stayed on seabrook island several times but all agreed we would love to return to this very condo!

We had an amazing time! The unit was clean and in great condition. Furthermore, the location could not be beat. We saw dolphins from our deck daily and the short walking distance to the beach was just what we wanted.

My husband and I have been coming to Seabrook Island every year since 2001. It truly is our special place. We always stay in a Pelican Watch villa for the proximity to the ocean and the gorgeous sunset views. We are so delighted we found this villa. This is our second time staying in 13102, and we hope to come back again next year. The décor is lovely. The furniture is comfortable, especially the master bed, and the artwork on the walls and shelves blends perfectly with the villa's soothing muted colors. Another thing we particularly like about this villa is the selection of quality dishware, glassware, flatware, and paper products. The villa had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our stay. Kudos to the Housekeeping staff because the villa was spotless.

This is also the second time we've worked with Seabrook Exclusives to book our stay, and we are so impressed with them! They are professional, prompt with their communications, and are genuinely interested in us having the best possible experience. After 20 years of coming to Seabrook, and working with other rental companies, we really appreciate their attention to detail. We can't wait to book another stay!

We loved our stay! We came down to South Carolina for a wedding. The one bedroom condo was just what we needed. It was cozy and clean. The location was perfect for the wedding festivities and a day trip into Charleston.

My wife and I came to Seabrook in February for some much needed R&R. The condo was everything we expected and more. The best part to us was the the river view out the sliding door and from the deck!! It was so relaxing to watch dolphins swimming by and of course the sunsets.

What a wonderful view and location! We have been to Seabrook and Pelican Watch before but it had been a long time and this place was fabulous. Due to COVID we planned this to have a place where we didn't have to go out much - could cook dinners at our place - and this was perfect for that. We could sit out on the patio, eat our breakfast or dinner and watch the ocean! Very peaceful. And it seemed like adequate precautions were being taken all around in light of the pandemic which made us feel safe. Thank you!

Loved everything about this condo -- location, decor, layout, view -- with one exception -- a very soft mattress that seems to be in need of replacement. Seabrook Exclusives is also excellent to deal with, so we always enjoy our time at one of their units.

We had a wonderful time on Seabrook Island staying at Pelican Watch. Condo was clean with everything we needed for ten days on the beach. Restaurants and shopping close by was great. The weather for October was hot and sunny just the way we like it.

We have stayed on Seabrook many times over the last 15 years - some times with our children, sometimes with extended family, etc... Last week was the first time since our honeymoon that just my husband and I stayed on Seabrook. We both felt that this was our favorite stay on the island. Our Pelican Watch Villa was perfect - easy access to the beach, comfortable, and accommodating! The villa was set up with everything you need for the beach! Definitely going again next July - and if it is only my husband and I, I'd prefer this Villa again!!

The villa was perfect, very clean, amazing location and couldn't have felt more like home. The only thing we would have changed was our departure date as neither of us wanted to leave. Our family of four rented 13102 Pelican Watch in July, and everything was perfect. Seabrook Exclusives provided everything we needed for an easy and relaxing stay. The condo is very clean, stylishly updated and all of the furniture and fixtures were great quality. This condo is the perfect location on the beach with direct access right outside of your back patio. Another lovely amenity is that there is shaded parking which is really nice in July. We really enjoyed the family night at Bohicket Marina and the Farmer's Market at Freshfields Village as something new this year, in addition to our favorite Charleston area restaurants and the SC Aquarium.

I've been coming to Seabrook for over 30
a toddler then and now bringing my wife and two sons--and we have never yet stayed in Pelican Watch (we always had too many guests growing up!)... This was wonderful at Pelican Watch! The views are unbeatable, the walk to the beach club along the water was perfect and the serenity is exactly what we vacation for! Thanks for a beautiful rental and another amazing stay!

This condo was updated with nice furnishings and a comfortable king size bed in the master. It was absolutely spotless and the kitchen had all the items we needed for preparing meals. The beach was just down the boardwalk and the sunset views from the deck were lovely. Nearby, we enjoyed a fall festival at Bohicket Marina and shopping at Fresh Fields Village.

The condo was super clean, great location at this end of the beach.
So nice to have such a fantastic view of not only the ocean but the wildlife
(Deer, birds)! This is the 3rd time we have vacationed in seabrook. We rented bikes and would highly recommend touring the island. The trees are georgeous and provide a lot of shade while enjoying a leisurely bike ride with my 2 sons.we are planning to return next year and would like to spend 2 weeks.

Great location, beautifully decorated, very quiet and everything you need is provided. Two bathrooms and W/D made everything easy and comfortable for a family of 4. We saw so much wildlife and loved riding our rental bikes around the island. Lunches at
Pelican's Nest were a favorite and Fresh Fields Village had everything else we needed. A day trip to Charleston was an easy drive. One of our favorite vacations ever.

It was really perfect. The geographic location was ideal. Our view of the dunes and the sea was incomparable. The apartment itself was comfortable, clean, charmingly decorated. My vacation with my niece was relaxing and revitalizing and we thank you. Can't wait to go back!!
