This classic Ocean Winds Villa is on the upper level with warm and welcoming interiors and a magnificent sunroom with cozy seating areas and a small dining table, perfect for morning coffee or remote work with a view. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and kitchen amenities and is open to the living area with a pass through to the dining side.

3020 Ocean Winds comfortably sleeps 6 guests in 3 beautifully decorated ensuite bedrooms. The primary bedroom is spacious and offers a king bed and private en suite bath with double vanity, shower, and separate tub. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a private bathroom with a shower and Bedroom 3 has two twin beds with a full private bathroom and a tranquil deck.

Pool Access: Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. Amenity cards may be purchased to access two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available. Additional user fees may apply at the amenities on the island.

Beach Access: The beach is only about a 6 minute walk from this Ocean Winds villa.

Pet Policy: ONE well behaved small dog, maximum weight limit of 30 lbs, is permitted at this property for an extra charge. Please indicate breed/size at the time of booking.
