It's private setting and views of the golf course provide a feeling of a nature retreat. The spacious living room boasts vaulted ceilings and plenty of room for all to gather. The stunning kitchen offers quartz countertops, high-end stainless appliances an oversized marble Island with breakfast bar and a farmhouse sink. There is a breakfast nook with seating for four.

Just off the living room is a deck with outdoor seating and a screened in gazebo with dining table and seating for 6, perfect for family dinners outside in the cool breezes overlooking the golf course.

The bedrooms all feature King Beds. The primary bedroom features an ensuite full bath as well as a cute sleeping nook for a little one. The second and third bedrooms feature a king bed with twin bunk over top.

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available. Additional user fees may apply at the amenities on the island.

Beach Access: A short walk or bike ride to the beach.
