13 Atlantic Beach Court is a lovely 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom Kiawah Island vacation home in the popular Atlantic Beach neighborhood of East Beach Village. Boasting 2,460 sq feet, this family home offers an outdoor deck and BBQ grill, screened porch, tranquil golf and lagoon views, a community pool and easy access to Kiawah Island’s beautiful beaches and golf courses.

The first floor offers an open floor plan with the living, kitchen and dining areas, as well as two bedrooms. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, flat screen TV, private bath with his and her sinks, walk in shower and soaking tub. The bunk bed bedroom has a double on the bottom, twin on top and shares a bath with the hall.

Three additional bedrooms are located on the second level along with two bathrooms, a small TV den and balcony overlooking Turtle Point’s 13th green. One offers a king bed, one offers a queen bed and the third has a set of extra-long twin beds.

A large, screened porch can be accessed via the living room and master bedroom. It offers outdoor seating and a gas grill with golf and lagoon views. The Atlantic Beach neighborhood offers access to a community pool April- October and is about a 3 minute walk to the beach.
